Jesse Breed: Shepherd [mix] Sex: Male Size: Medium Age: Young ID: 35179 |
|
Jesses is an approximately 1-2-year-old brindle Shepherd mix handsome boy that made his way to the SPCA as a lost pet, roaming the streets for some time. Depsite his rough early days, he's a very happy-go-lucky dog that adores people, children and other other animals. He likes to play and roll in the grass, but mostly likes to sit on your lap (he thinks he's only 5 lbs) and give you kisses and get hugs. Could this loveable boy find his furever home in yours? Jesse is already neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on his shots. Throughout the month of August, we will have a pinata full of coupons for reduced-priced dog adoptions. Come on in, pick a coupon, and use it toward Jesse's adoption fee! More information and pictures of Jesse can be found here. |

Beautiful certainly lives up to her name,
doesn't she? Beautiful is litter trained, cat and kid friendly, spayed,
microchipped and up-to-date on her vaccines. In other words, she's
ready to go home with you today. She calls out for a friend every time
someone walks into the Cat Adoptions room. She's desperate for more
stimulation and someone she can call her own. Could that person be you?
Bonus: the first week of August, Beautiful's adoption fees are HALF OFF
thanks to our "Furry Friends Fiesta" special. Alternatively, if you're
not ready to adopt Beautiful, considering fostering her to enrich her
life and save another animal's life. E-mail foster@delcospca.org
for more information on fostering. For

| Surrendering your pet to the SPCA is a personal decision that should not be taken lightly. With 8,000 animals arriving each year competition is high, and adopters want the healthiest and friendliest dogs and cats. We will gladly accept your pet if we can, but you should look into alternative arrangements such as putting your pet in the care of a responsible and trustworthy family member or neighbor, doing further research to find housing that accepts pets and contacting local rescue groups. In the end, if you feel you must bring your pet to us, you should be prepared to help out by bringing us all papers relevant to your pet's veterinary history, especially with regard to vaccinations and spay/neuter. Include names and contact information for any veterinarians who have seen your pet. Having your dog or cat spayed or neutered and brought up to date with all vaccines will also increase the chance we will be able to accept your pet right away. We also encourage you to make a sizeable donation toward the care of your pet while they are at the SPCA. When you bring in your pet you will be given the opportunity to fill out a personality profile describing your animal. What you say can make a tremendous difference! Being truthful about your animal's temperament and medical needs will help us find the right home and will protect you from any possible liability. Please remember to bring your driver's license showing your current address. |
