Kerry Flanagan, Executive Director

UPPER PROVIDENCE — After a six-month search, the board of the Delaware County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has appointed Kerry Flanagan executive director of the nonprofit humane organization. She is slated to start in January.

A Chester County native, Flanagan is currently vice president of operations for the Humane League of Lancaster County and was previously a kennel technician, then kennel coordinator at the Chester County SPCA.
