Document Help
Like many other documents throughout the world wide web, our documents are stored in the Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) and require the Adobe Reader browser plug-in, available from the publisher at get.adobe.com/reader/. If a document fails to load in your browser the easiest fix is usually to click your browser's refresh button, or just press F5 on the keyboard. If the document still does not open, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed and enabled on your computer. 

Some of our application documents contain contain form fields that can be filled in right on your computer. You can either click to place your cursor in a field, or simply use the tab button to move the cursor to the next blank. The Shift+Tab combination will navigate backwards to a previous field. When completed, you must print your document, as applications can only be reviewed during the personal interview process.
